Differenece between Alpine Z003 and Z004 nav discs

It turns out the good deal i got on the alpine sat nav may not have been as good as it seems. It comes with the NVD-Z003 discs and not the Z004.

What is the difference between the two? And would it be possible to obtain a copy off a Z004 user instead of payin the £150 wedge for the new maps?

    Cheers in advance

Main differences, increased mapping for Eastern Europe. Better postcode search for all of europe, more POI and more up to date maps. But the moist significant update for me was the increased coverage of TMC data for Europe (as in more countries covered with free access to the pay subscription TMC).
