Hey guys, i'm new to this forum
Just bought a 98 r reg (i think this is mk3??) red astra 1.6i arctic. Think previous owner had it garaged and has had it since it was 2yrs old. It is mint for its age, only done 80k miles. Not a mark on it.
So i was just wondering if anyone knows where i could get the radio de-coded as it has just had a new alternator, battery, exhaust and four tyres and so the power to the stereo was interrupted and its on safe mode! Is it costly? worthwhile? or should i just buy a new cd headunit?
Also, any suggestions as to the best (tasteful) way to mod the car?
And.... there is a black metal block next to the gearstick, some sort of unused security feature?? any idea how to
a) get rid of it?
b) make use of it?
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to lend advice
