    Chamois' are said to knacker wax, paint and clear cote from what people say on here, not used one on my Astra but it does explain why I needed to polish my 306 so much after always using one to dry it off!

    Unless they start doing half price offers on Autoglym stuff, then its a lot better than buying from Halfords.

    The tesco all purpose cleaner is good, and they do cheap microfibres which are suitable for interiors,engine bays, windows, trims etc etc
