You should also ask owners of Coupe Turbos and SRi Turbos - exactly the same driving experience.

Do you feel as though there is something wrong with it?

get yourself down to www.aucksidemotorsltd.com - auckside motors, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, tel 01388 604 196, and ask Paul to have a go (co incedence, another north eastern GSi owner called Paul) as he is also one of the mechanics there and owns a mk4 GSi, plus they know vauxhalls inside out so he'll be able to give you an honest opinion, they're friends of mine so just tell them Kirsty reccomended them. If there are any issues they'll also be able to help you out.

For sat nav directions the address is: 21A Auckside Crescent, St. Helens Industrial Estate, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 9AD

To be honest it can be quite a tappy engine. The Carbon canister clicking away to itself, and the top end can sound alittle rattly sometimes on some of them. A good oil change, decent oil and make sure its topped up should help.

Mine was quite a noisey one, but it ran fine when it didn't have AMD software on it lol
