How far do you live from work and whats your travel time

Just interested on seeing how close people live to their place of work and how long it takes them to get there as i may be moving fairly soon and am hoping to comute to work, usually it takes me 10 mins to get to work but i am looking around the hour to hour and a half mark if i move. of course this would be only temperary measure untill i found something a bit more local.

I think the additional travel time would be worth it to move somewhere i really want to live???

60 mile round trip, about 45 minutes either way, plenty of time for music! Perhaps an additional 50-100 miles per week for work travel between sites too, on some stunning roads!

75 mile round trip its gonna be for me, about 45 mins each way, although its all motorway which should help with fuel.

23/24 miles to work and takes about 45 minutes to get there, became very boring very quickly wasting 1:30 of my life just to get to work everyday!

If it was me i would want to be close to work.

hmm seems most people are all pretty close to work, guess i've got to decide if its worth the small sacrifice, it is motorway driving which isn't to bad, but then its the M6 which isn't the greatest of motorways.
