As far as I know the aircon and normal radiator are seperate, had mine done typically seperately over the past 6 months. Guess it might be worth getting the aircon one checked at the same time as I'd imagine changing them both at once is easier?

As for costs, don't go to Vauxhall for an OEM radiator, if they're anything like the aircon one you'll get a 3rd party one much cheaper.

Would assume a Haynes Manual would be your best place to look?

When I did mine I removed the bumper and bumper bar.

Then you can swing the aircon rad out the front of the car and gain access to the water rad
The truth is always the truth even if you haven't realised it yet...

Remove the battery and unbolt the battery tray
Remove Air cleaner and Air ducts
Jack up the vehicle and support it on axle stands
Where necessary, remove the splash guard from under the engine/bumper
    Drain the cooling system
Remove the electric fan from the rear of the radiator
Remove the clip and loosen the top hose from the right side
Remove the clip and loosen the bottom hose from the left side
Loosen the clip and remove the air purge hose from the left side
    Remove the front bumper

Then it basically says to unbolt the A/C Rad and tie it to the crossmember to support it, then unbolt the bottom radiator brackets and slide the radiator out
