The other day I ordered a pair of trainers from sbkicks.com and when presented with the confirm payment I recieved an error on the page, so I pressed back and tried again, same again. Then I realised it was the No Script extension disabling the Java script running on the page. I allowed access and then there was no page order and my order was confirmed.
However, upon checking my bank statement online I saw that I was charged twice for the transaction which you can see in the picture here
I emailed the customer support for the website and they replied saying that they only recieved one payment of $134.99 (£70) and on their records it showed I had tried to pay 3 times yet they only accepted one payment.

Now it seems like £70 has gone to the website in the 1st picture, yet they have no record of getting it.
Where should I go from here? As I'm now £70 out of pocket and I need a new stereo for my car!
Oh and ironically enough, these are the shoes I ordered: (yes that is a £10 note printed on the toe)
