    wheel fitment Mk4 astra...

Ok thinking of some new wheels.. Going to be getting et60 fingers crossed. Needed PCD adaptors for them to fit. so if i et 25mm thinness my offset will be about et 45... Is that right????? That offset is about right for a mk4 astra, so wheels wont catch?????

    No it will be ET35,

15mm spacers will give ET45 on an ET60 wheel

Depends on width etc, but will be close when lowered.

I have ET38 on a 7" rim and catches when cornering on the front (arch liner). Mate has ET38 with an 8" rim and its ok, both lowered about the same amount. Work that one out

you should be ok as long as you don't go to low.

tyre choice does matters too, i always use falken tyres as their the narrowest you can buy. a 215 flaken is narrower than a 215 michelin for instance.

i run an et40 on a 8x18 with 215-35-18 falkens, lowered 70mm. i get slight rubbing on hard turns.
