We have just had a silver lamborghini murcielago roadster follow us home - very cool! Well in fact it had no choice to follow us because Sarah cut it up and then said "whats that posh car behind us with the ugly man driving"
I noticed a few things about it:
1. He was driving very slow and people could hear it from a fair distance away.
2. Its so low that you had to drive slowely for the dips in the road etc.
3. Its massive, very wide indeed even on a main A road.
So would you own one if you had the money? I have always thought I would love one of them, but honestly in this country I bet its a nightmare! He most likely never got out of 1st or 2nd gear for the 4 miles he followed us, it was to wide and low to use in any sort means it was built for, and finally everyone and I mean everyone was gob smacked open starring at it.
So now I am thinking would I own one given I had the money to have one? well yes becuasue its down right stunning and a beast of a car!! Then I thought I wonder how old I will be to be able to afford one with depreciation
When will cars like the lambo's, Veryons, Zonda's etc etc become a 40-50k car? will they ever become that sort of price? The days of supercars being very very exclusive have gone and you do see these type of cars on a weekly bassis now, so how quickly will they depreciate? and when do you think you would be able to afford one (not worrying about running one ).
Just some thoughts that occured to me whilst mouth open drawling at the lambo just!
