    MFD Problem..

    I think its called the MFD anyway.. haha the screen on the dash witht he Date and that on it...


    Ok, well i have installed my Sub and everything and all was good, until the other day my MFD stopped working...

    Does this thig have a fuse or something i may have blew?? really looks weird with this off...

    any ideas?

    You may have pulled a wire. Try banging it on top and see if it comes on.

    its got an aftermarked head unit but its been there since i bought the car.

    Ill have another look behind to see if i have pulled anything loose.

    and yeah iv hit the top a few times to see if that works but nothing has haha

    If they are on then check the fuse's if they are not it sounds like is not getting the remote feed you may have disconnected this to use for the amp but it needs to be daisy chained together

    hmmm i have not disconnected any wires at all, so if the steeting controles are not lit then something must have fell out...

    What colour is the remote wire for the screen/steeting controles?

    Also just to let you know, i need to know the colour of the Remote wire for the car as the gimp who had the car before me has cut off the ISO plug's on BOTH the head unit and the car for god know what reason... so i have my remote turn on to my Amp to a Perm live with a switch on the wire, so having it on the True Remote wire would seriously be a big help...

    It should be blue on the head unit end on the car end their is two wires that need to be connected i think one is grey/red don't know the other one but send Autosparks a pm I'm sure he will know
