    Part number help

I've already been to vauxhall and they couldn't confidently find the part I need and even let me loose on EPC but still to no sucess. They said there should be a part number on the pipe which obviously there isn't

I need the breather pipe that goes from the rocker to the crosover pipe. Maybe someone even has one spare from a 1.9 airbox conversion?

    Afraid not

At a guess it's like the other one in the same picture (6) but looks nothing like it on the car...... Unless of course 5 plugs into 4 (which it does) and then goes onto 6...... maybe another look on the cars in order

    Thanks anyway Geoff

I did wonder if it's just a piece of pipe cut to length but it does seem to be shaped at either end. It's probably only about 6" long!!

Can't you just use a length of good old petrol pipe, if it's not a special shape?

As I said above Geoff it does seem to be shaped at either end. Just found this recent pic of it with the part circled in blue

Do you think a normal pipe would bend without kinking?

yeah... petrol pipe is braided in the rubber so it's relatively kink resistant

I've been all the way through both the "engine" and "fuel and exhaust" section and I can find everything but that wee pipe

I'll ask at the garage next door then on Tuesday if they have any, I need my car at work that day aswell

The pipe you did find Geoff is the other breather pipe from the rocker cover
