    Smile Front Mount Intercooler

Hi everyone I've just bought a Astra gsi turbo fitted with a vxr turbo, vxr injectors, 80mm meter, k+n, plugs, regal stage 3 or higher not 100% yet but I'm looking to fit a front mount intercooler, I've seen a couple on eBay that will fit but not sure about buying pipe work. Any ideas and where to buy pipe work thanks

ur going to be in for a shock mate, with it running that spec its nigh on ph2. you didnt mention anything about exhaust system, with a pre cat, sports cat and decent system (if its been fitted already) on top of the IC it'll go to ph4, you may want to hold on a bit!

cooling the charge from the turbo is a massive key to more grunt.

Hi and thanks for the quick response its fitted with a full stainless exhaust system and a different turbo pipe also I'm sure it has the hi flow cat as well, on my receipts from regal in states (recommended larger intercooler) that's why I'm thinking about the front mount option thanks.

seams a bit strange that you would have the 80mm AFM, VXR turbo and injectors thats all regal phase 3.5 without the Front mount intercooler or bigger sidemount intercooler. Get some pics up so we can see and tell you.
