    Is This All I need for my 1.9 air box conversion?

    I have basically got all the info below form loadsa threads!

    Is it all there! for a Zafira GSi by the way

    Air Box
    55557126 - Astra H CDTi Airbox assy with airfilter element (can't find my receipt but it was around £45 from vauxhall on trade club)

    vectra C intake pipe 9177099 £6.35 & VAT
    Flexi pipe for Intake pipe 9177104 £4.32 & VAT

    also you will need a 90 degree silicone hose 70mm to 70mm
    and a 90 degree 70mm reducing down to a 63mm silicone hose you can get them from samco, think mine came to around £48 but try other makes they could be cheaper. & a 70mm hose joiner, I used a bit of alloy pipe I had spare works a treat. or & don't forget
    X4 jubilee clips

    pipe work for the breather is 16mm

    AFM
    I used the red 5 amp cable from halfords, was a 7m reel and 0.65mm.
    Rating of Max watts at 12v (69W),

    How you going to plumb the breather in?

    I did it using a stainless pipe and 1 90 degree bend.

    I'm not 100% sure yet. Was going to plumb into the air box, but trust me when i say, i have just spent 3hrs trainling through loadsa posts! Not much on the subject but i understand that oil from the breather can affect the AFM but then other people say they have it staright into the box etc and thats how Regal do theres! So i'm confused!

    Been looking at getting this REVOTEC But its still £30 so i'm not sure what to get!!

    Can ya help?

    Look at my link above and you can do it with a stainless pipe, 1 90 degree silicon hose and the jubbliee clips

    Im stuck on the cosmetic look aswell as doing the right thing!

    I do like the look of yours, look neat and tidy



    but i love Scotts version, smooth and minimal



    or am i just chattinf shit?

    p.s i aware his car has a complete different setup etc

    His is different due to where his turbo sits and he is running a bigger AFM and 80mm pipes.

    3" 76mm 90° ELBOW UNIVERSAL ALUMINIUM AIR BREATHER PIPE


    76 >63 Bore 90° Reducing Elbow

    and just some random 16mm breather pipe!

    Wow, sounds f'in easy!

    Oh, and x4 new jubilee clips!

    Right?
