    N/S Headlamp Condensation

Right i know it's an old topic, but i think i may have come up with an answer. I have noticed that a small rubber hose that comes out of the side of the expansion tank runs directly above the n/s headlamp and is obviously hot. This then heats the Headlamp unit up, then as the temperature drops, or you wash your cars, forms water droplet inside the Headlamp unit. This would explain why they are misting up when they are obviously not cracked.
I am going to 1st try and lagg the pipe so see if that helps, then 2nd i might try a small reroute.
Have a look guys, try it, feedback your results.

Your headlight will heat up once it's switched on anyway .... at night with dampness in the air....
