    courtenay lightened flywheel part no.?

    Hi

    Brought a flywheel from egay which came today, but does anyone know the part number. I've got M25OL-CT/6 on the flywheel....
    Arden Astra GSI - Phase 3.5

    EDS Phase 3.5 288 BHP 340 FT/LB

    Inlet cam and Dbilas manifold.

    Not sure on the part number.

    I nearly went for that flywheel the other day but something didn't feel right about it as he brought it off someone else on the 19th of march

    Yeah I know what you mean Daz... It looks exactly the same as the courtenay item though, they have better pics on the vx220 turbo tuning page of old and new. So i'm happy with it to be honest, i'll check it out closer when my clutch comes to make sure it fits correctly.

    i have GM r90400086 on mine... weight works out to be right. I bought mine off of another member on here. So hopefully its the right one Its deffo billet steel

    and by the way that is the p/no for the opc astra, or astra turbo.... it seems mine is for 2.0 non turbo as it seems.

    next question, will the 2.0 X20XEV flywheel fit onto the let?

    Not sure you got a pic?? Mines exactly the same as the one on courtenay website so im happy. Plus I emailed the original seller and he said its defo for the z20let...

    might be just a machined down standard flywheel i have, i deffo found yours on a german webby, saying light weight flywheel

    How many bolt holes are in the Z20LET flywheel? as i've just got one and it has 6 holes.





    it looks the same as Enkidu's one off ebay so all should be ok

    Do you need to replace the flywheel bolts when you change the flywheel?

    Yeah that looks the same, where did you buy that one from? They seem to have bolted the pressure plate mounts through the flywheel. The courtenay one is out of solid steel and machined down...

    Yes its recommended to change those bolts, they are only like a fiver from vauxhall.

    Got it from Regal. it all looks good quality. I'll have to get some bolts then.
