West Midlands and Staffordshire Regions April meet part 1

Saturday was BMC's first meet as West Mids RO and he did an exceptional job of the whole thing, free bacon butties and as much tea and coffee as you could get down ya. The Staffs region came in attendance too, to see Chris's new pub and the marks left by his old cabby getting a wee bit too hot . Chris's pub is about to undergo a £750'000 refurb so I'm sure we'll be back there again once the builders have done their thing. But lovely day, shame the weather could make up its mind as to whether it wanted to be sunny, snow or rain just kept on changing by the minute. But none of this could dampen the spirits of the Midlands team .

    Pics

Snipers weren't hard to miss fortuantly

MarkW's green love machine (Thorney stage 3 Z20LET)

Mr and Mrs Yales new spoiler for their new Corsa brilliant for left handers rubbish for the straights though

Greggs Vectra 1.8 still wishes he had an astra, just a reliable one this time. Unfortunatly was supposed to be remapped before the meet but the guy never showed up however I know he's had it done since

Someone even brought their shed along...

Johns Merc rimmed Astra coupe looks supprisingly much much better in the flesh.

    The terrible twins (1.8vvt (fox4) & BMC's 1.9CDTI)

    Jase's stunnng silver MK4 SRI-T

Ricks cabby now all alone after its big brother met its firey end.

Even a MK5 888 made it! What a gorgeous car showing these box boys what its all about.
RARB, 888 Eibach suspension, Full custom retrim by CCS, 888 Stealth grill, custom exhaust and precat as well A truly stunning car.

Bretts new toy. One of the best looking Vectra's I've seen in a very long while.

BMC's new toy a redboxed 1.9CDTI full leather interior and Sat Nav (lucky git)

BMC's roof was up and down more times than a ***** draws

The transistion known as the lambada...

Fox4 thinking yeah mine can do that

New funky AOC badges which I'm sure will be up in the shop soon.

Astra's everywhere and someone sticks a Seat in the middle of it

    The terrible twins

Just wanted to thank everyone who came for making it such a great day, its the members that make the region what it is and it goes to show that the Midlands members are an awesome lot (that includes you as well east mids). Great turn out of cars and great bunch of people I got to meet too. Albeit slightly hung over

Thanks to BMC and his staff for making us so welcome and providing us with tea, coffee and bacon sarnies. Excellent day out, hopefully you guys will be able to make the next meet at RAF Cosford next Sunday?

    Thanks again
