How Much Difference Between Coupe and SRi-T Side Skirts??

Just wondering what difference (if any) are there between SRi-T and Coupe side skirts? As they look very similar to me (and coupe ones are easier to get hold of!)....

they are both pretty much the same shape, but SRiT ones are all one piece whereas coupe/GSi ones have a separate end cap

Would they still fit on a 5dr hatch without any major issues Geoff??

I've seen coupe/GSi sills on a 5dr before, but not sure if they went on easily or not. TBH I can't see there being a major problem tho. Obviously the lip on the top edge where the rubber weather seal goes won't run cover both doors, and you'll have the wee gap at the rear wheel arch but that's no biggy.

Can't say I've ever seen SRIT on a 5dr tho. Even so I guess they would be no different than a coupe/gsi one, apart from them not having wee gap at the rear wheel (as they were designed to fit a hatch)

My weather strips are already short on my standard skirts for some reason.. so no thats no biggy. I'm going down the SRi-T style route for the SRi DTi and obviously SRi-T parts are hard to come by....

    Thanks for the input Geoff

I certainly will..... My shopping list is currently SRi-T/Coupe Turbo Wheels, SRi-T/Coupe Side Skirts and the SRi-T Bumpers...

May take me a while to get everything together! lol

The SR-T side skirts are one piece as mentioned and as you know are much harded to find 2nd hand. I doubt if any one would notice the difference between them and the Coupe/GSI skirts which are easier to find.

I think it would look good with either and fitting will require some fetteling to accomodate the rear doors, but I am sure it's possible.
Tell me what you've done, not what you're going to!

could you cover the rear arch/skirt gap area with the gsi arch protectors?
