    coupe window problem

    hey all!
The other day there my a.c.t drivers side window stuck open and wouldnt respond to any button pushing or gentle persuasion. I took the door apart and after spraying the iso type plug which connects to the window motor with wd40, i managed to get the electrics on the window working. However, now i find that the window no longer automatically drops down when opening the door nor goes up when the door closes. Can anyone suggest A) What could have caused it, and B) a solution to the problem?
Its not a huge issue, as the car is still secure etc, but i have to push the window in past the rubber seals on the door after i've shut the door, and i sure as hell don't wanna run the risk of shattering the window if i happen to slam the door, and i dont wanna end up with a window which is warped and doesn't sit flush.
    Any ideas anyone?
    thanks,
    crusty

Does the one touch still work or did you have to program it in?

nope the one touch doesnt work now either- that was why i kinda wondered if it was an electrical issue rather than mechanical?

to reset the 1 touch press untill windows is all the way down, then press it again and the motor should click, then wind it up and do the same

If you reprogram the one touch it should start working fine again, on the coupe's i found it's best to do it with the door shut

To do this open the window all the way and hold you finger on the button until you hear a click, repeat for up aswell and all should be fine
