Difference between polishing and buffing towels?

As above, what is the difference between polishing towels and buffing towels.

Have my washing sorted but need products to apply and remove ag srp and also my sealant.

For applying im going to get 6 meguirs foam applicators, Is that enough?!

Am unsure on what to use to remove the product as above and also how many?

what is the difference between polishing towels and buffing towels.
Polishing towels are for removing polish and wax, buffing towels are for buffing the paintwork to a high shine

You only need one per product and you can wash them with you towels in the washing machine

    As above

Cheers guys, got me 3 of them towels on order, 4x meguirs aplicators, some poorboys wheel sealant and meguirs nxt glass cleaner.

Have been using turtle wax clear view for glass, it is a cream and even the thinest application with a damp cloth leaves dust, I hope the meguirs stuff it good.
