    MDF adaptors/baffles --- anyone got a how-to?

As most of you seem to make your own MDF baffles for fitting aftermarket front speakers - does anyone have a guide on how you do this?

    no-one?

Going to order my comps ready for my b-day (assuming my wife is still prepared to buy them for me after todays bank fiasco.... just got back from hols to find I am being charged £75 for an accidental £10 unauthorised overspend on my old account - used the wrong card - f*ckers!)
Anyway, I think trying to get her to also get me some £15 adaptors may be pushing my luck LOL so would really appreciate a guide for an idiot like me (see above!) if anyone made notes on how they made theirs?
I am a Jedi, like my father before me..
