Are they likely to be FK though or cheap imitations...? Which I have heard are pretty poor quality.

None there anyway.. They're all chrome!

I got mine straight from Germany. Cheaper, and arrived in less than a week.

It was actually FK lights that I was after, like I described in my initial post. Thanks though..

I have heard the FK lights are considerably better than the others. Can anyone confirm or deny?

My FK ones seem very sturdy and well built. Getting the halo bulbs out/replacing them/putting them back in again was a bit of a mission and required some small hands and alot of patients. Managed to do it in the end but if they were still on the car I think I would of cried and left them blown TBH.

The light output from the halo rings is piss poor IMO. I know they only act as lights to illuminate the halo but even so they were still really poor but would look cool at midnight for sure. (But if your driving around at midnight with just your side lights on you need to be shot).

Getting back on track if you intend to run these lights I strongly recommend getting some HID's to run in them. Because they have a projector lens they will suit HID's better as running standard H7 bulbs will mean the light output it woeful even with a good set of bulbs in there.

Hope this is of some help?

Took the advice and had a look on German Ebay.. Found these, amongst others:

    http://cgi.ebay.de/FK-XENON-Look-Sch...QQcmdZViewItem

I used a website translator and as I am sure you know translation was poor But I get the general idea. If these are presumed to be the FK lights, they will have the switch to go from LHD, to RHD. Is that correct?

Jam, it does help very much mate!
