Hi can someone please help! just bought a v reg mk4 van, no radio..so promptly bought a grundig car 200. but it refuses to interface with the mfd. bloody annoying. is this head unit compatible with the mk4 mfd? or is it a wiring fault? time, date, temp etc works fine on mfd, when i turn radio on the screen goes blank so god knows what radio station im on etc. PLEASE HELP GOING MAD!!! thanks folks...

Well the MK3 and MK4 use different displays so if the 500 headunit is out of a MK3 it won't work

I know the way the headunit can be changed on how it sends the display on the CDR 500 but i'll have to see if it can be done on the 200
