    Dash light advice...

Just picked up my 2000 DTI Astra

Drove back the 70miles from the garage then a light came on the dash, looked in the book, its the one for exhaust emissions..

After i turned off and back on it had gone, but within a mile it was back on?

Is this a simple fix or is it goona need reading for faults??

Also i noticed when idling sometimes the car is nice a smotth but other times it will have a jerky idel for a couple secs then back to normal?

    Cheers

    Adam

also noticed theres a slight jerk at 2200 revs, is this just the turbo kicking in? not smooth power delivery.

Im going to strip the EGR valve down and clean that, its supposedly had a new AFM and also a cambelt kit but the belt looks old?

How much is a cambelt change?
