mate, i think astralogies car is a lot lower than your suggesting, i'd say its around -130mm at the front
Observe the masses and do the opposite

    nocky,

im curently trying to fit mercedes wheels to my coupe.

    17", et35, 7.5j wide

they curently have 225/45 tyres on them, but they rub like hell. wheni get my 205/40s on they should be fine. the rubber wont b stretched, but not all 'euro' cars have stretched wheels (take a look at the vag-opel thread).

imo i think 60 on the back will be adequate. on the front though 80 or more will be fine too

Cheers John that sort of makes some sense now

you will need arch mods - if your not prepared to do them then there is no point.

whats sort of euro do you want? 4-8 years ago euro? or last 4 years to current euro? Massive differance in style, rims, size, stance, drop the lot.

well he mentions stretched tyres, so im guessing the latest euro craze.

as Mat says, arch work will have to happen. theres no other way round it if you want wide wheels and stretched tyres. there is a guy on here with 17" mercedes wheels on coilovers. its super low, but doesnt have stretched tyres and looks great

    that'l be astrologies astra lol

stretched tyres are within old and new styles, its just more subtle in the new style.
