    Angry Not a happy bunny

I have a couple of days off sick, and what happens at work, I get shit on

Excuse for this intrusion ......... there`s not enough room in the new workshop for all the machinery.
This is where my car and 4 others were kept / worked on, before we were evicted. This is how it looked last week, everyone has worked hard to empty the crap out and tidy the place up a bit ..............

And this is how it looks now ...............

    So that`s another setback

so i take it they've commandeered the space you had cleared for your car? or they have filled up the area you were vacating?

Both mate. My boss ended up buying out a sheet metalwork business. He`s moving all the machines and stock into the building, and has now filled the lean-to we built for my car.

have you spoken to him about it? is it a temporary measure or are they using the space like that permanently?

bit rough treatment all the same...

I had row, didn`t bother with a word, but he`s been a mate for 32 years and his business has to come first. He`s gonna sort something out, but the question is ... when.
Being sarcastic, I said I`d get a double glazing co. to erect a conservatory next to the lean to, and when my car is finished, he could use it to grow tomatoes and cucumbers in.
To which he replied **** off

i reckon get him to extend the mezzanine and it'll free up at least half that floor space and the lean-to... would only cost a few hundred quid and would double the floor space. he could grow his tomatoes in the lean-to when you're done with it

looks a hefty space, plenty of room for extending the mezze' and the steel uprights already in place should be sufficient to be load bearing so you'd only need a few other uprights to hold the extra floor.

I was just thinking that... he could have made way better use of the space by doing a little more planning.
