    Auxiliary cooling pump(where is it),lol

    where is the Auxiliary cooling pump on the zlet, i fitted a new colant module i got from andy and code still there, so has to be the pump, well they did say either or both of them, so save vaux charging me the earth i wanna do it meself.
    and a quick fittin guide would help

    its on a bracket on the gearbox, quite small really. £250 + VAT from Vaux apparently! I still need to get one for mine

    only around £90 odd retail for the pump, got double discount as was opened, so had it for around £70

    I asked if the ZLET had one of these pumps on here 18 months ago and IIRC the general consensus was that no, there isn't one!

    I think I may well of heard mine running a time or two but I'm not 100% sure TBH.
    I've had these pumps on other cars and used to hear them run a great deal of the time after a run in the car. Maybe VX didn't quite get round to sorting the system out properly

    is strange as this is soarce of on my fault code, well 2 codes really, vaux said it was either auxiliary cooling pump(part no.9120117) and/or engine coolin module(24462347)

    well changed coolin module yesterday, but no difference, maybe needs coding as andy said. so that leaves the pump as maybe why fault codes coming up, so if these pumps wernt fitted wouldnt u all get fault codes??

    Oooh, coolant/aircon control system fault, a b'stad to resolve IMHO.

    Do you have lights up on your dash?
