Bit of a pain in the arse, but could you measure from the centre of the wheel to the lip of the wheel arch on both the front and the rear in milimeters? Much appreciated if you could

Is the eibach -30 30mm less than GSi/Sri/Sxi ride height or 'standard' ride height?

Debatable. The rear has definately dropped and is sitting nice, the front looks like standard height so the cars sitting arse heavy. Mines currently sits 550mm from the centre of the wheel to the arch on the front and 530/535mm on the rears. From conversations with Eibach etc. today this is the way its meant to sit and is in tolerance for that kit. Currnetly need to decide whether to buy new lower front spings or do something else with lowering the car.
