4 stud to 5 stud conversion

Im thinking about changing to a 5 stud set up as theres alot more option on wheels and will be better when i come to replace my 308's save them being drilled again

on the front i have the full 308 set up re drilled to 4 stud, so im fairly sure i will only need a new 5 stud hub then everything else will transfer over.... correct?

on the back i have a disk conversion so ill need hubs, calliper, carrier knuckle disks and pads...?

but not handbrake cable cos the one i have now will be ok i believe

found this for the front... dunno if its what i need or anything else, can sum 1 help me out and if poss add any bits you may have to the post with a price and the condition and ill prob take them off your hands
