    uprated brakes

    im putting on some uprated brakes and pads all round this weekend.
    should i inform my insurance company?
    im with tesco and they like to rob ya of 15bucksevery single time you amend your policy.

    i turn the magical '25' next month and renewal time is early june, so with 7years ncb, i think ill be quote hunting!

    yes you should - it's a change of spec over standard, so they need to be told

    Hiya,

    You need to inform your insurance company that you have uprated them.
    If not they could void your policy if in a accident and found out.

    If you want to pm me your name and contact details and when your policy is due for renewal i'll arrange a call back for you nearer the time.

    i did when i put mine on and it upped the policy 14 quid and that included the paperwork so cant complain realy you would be realy pissed if you had your insurance viod for 15 quid
