Had my courtesy car delievered yesterday.
Is a 57 plate 2.0 tdi Passat sport:
Will post real photos when i get a chance.
First impression are that it is a solid car that bloody shifts, and the electronic gadets are wicked
Good solid cars imo. What company have supplied the car? Its usually a like for like replacement?
But will you want to give it back? Had trouble giving up my VW, feels like a different class to the VX, especially the interior
I had the golf version from fleetservices, didnt like the "vague steering" loved the mpg it did, it was slower than my GSi. but overall i wouldn't say no to one
Very nice cars I ran one for a bit sure it was the SE version. Handling was very impressive and the 140 version pulled well although not as well as a 1.9CDTI

Aye but a Mk4 Borat isn't in the same class as a new Passat though, Brett. It's like comparing a Mk4 Astra with a Vectra C.
One of the girls at work had two Passats, then her hubby decided she needed a BMW. He bought her a 320d M-Sport (E90), and she hates it. Oh, and the turbo died at 32k in the Beemer too.

6th Vauxhall (4th Astra) in 10 years...plus a couple of other sheds...
My dads got that same passat but a estate version.
Very strong cars IMO, Pretty quick off the mark too
