Desparately need help from you guys to pass my MOT! :(

My MOT runs out on the 17th of feb, and being a (reasonably) sensible lad, I thought I'd pop it in for a pre-MOT.

    Failed on the following:

    • 2x excessively worn track-rod ends (my front wheels were pointing towards each other.. quite badly)
    • 2 front bushes gone (Might not fail, but going to get changed anyway)
    • 2x front tyres (thanks to track rod ends being knackered!)
    • front drivers seat has snapped bolt underneath (far too much play in it)
I've sorted the tyres, had tracking done and new track rod ends/bushes fitted. The thing is I need to find a new drivers seat. Does anyone know of a broken calibra/MK3 I could have the (leather..maybe?) interior out of. This is NOT what I need as I'm totally skint this month and this doesn't help!

    Cheers guys

p.s is it worth double-posting in general, as I'm open to wider offers e.g don't mind travelling.... thought i'd try in here first

try phoning around the local scrappies adam, and have a browse on ebay too.

If you need a hand to fit it, or fancy company on any road trip you may need to collect it, I got the weekend off, just let me know.

Not worth double posting it mate, as the Mods will only delete the thread or give you a slap on the wrists

Tried GP's / Angels, but they're a git for overcharging. Gonna check fleabay in a minute for breaking. Any idea how long it'd take to rip out a calibra interior? :P

Not long mate. I'd probably have it done in 30-60mins with my trusty halfords spanners

Might be work looking on the bay for a MK3 GSi interior

GSi or Calibra, only the calibra will need a bit of tinkering to fit but that's fine
