Need some advice please guys (& gals). I had to re-fit my back-box today as it was blowing slightly from the joint behind it. It was done and sealed succsessfully. However, whilst the engine was ticking over in order to set the sealer around the joint i noticed water dripping from the exhaust joint by the cat. As the engine/exhaust warmed up the water stopped, now, does this mean the exhaust is blowing from in between the 2 planges that are bolted together to join the exhaust and, is there a slight gap that seals itself when the hot exhaust expands. I have felt around the joint with engine running and cannot feel any 'blow' from the joint nor can i hear any 'blowing' noises when revving the engine slightly. What do you think?
