    do i need compressors to fit coilovers

    as above, do i need spring compressors to fit coilovers?

    how do i get the roller bearing off the standard strutt?

    no compressors needed mate just put car on axle stands then use jack under front arms to take tension of spring then undo both nuts ontop of the strut and release tension slowly on the jack
    the roller bearing will tap gently out and tap gently into the top plate of your coilovers , hope that is of help to you , i fitted some fk s on sat so its still in my brain
