Creaking front end on my Coupe..?

My Coupe has developed a creak noise when I go over speed bumps. It appears to be coming from the offside front wheel area. Will this be the shocks? The car is lowered on -30mm Eibachs and rolling on 18's and to be fair, the ride is pretty damn hard. Even the smallest of bumps shake the car.

It's usually the anti roll bar links, they tend to dry out after time and they can then creak as you go over speed bumps. Try some WD40 sprayed on the ball joints of the links first and see if it helps. Most people just fit new links as they aren't that expensive.
