Arrow Lowered the Astra, now need advice!

Hey guy's got the astra lowered today 40mm on standard 16" sri alloys, (no piccies at the mo it's too dark)

I need advice though, when driving if i hit a grid or go up hill i get a knocking/clunking noise from the rear, the car is not grounding or hitting the floor. Has anyone else lowered and experienced the clunking from the rear.

I was told it will knock a little from new until it settles but it just seams too.... loud?

    Any ideas

have you had the damper changed?

just make sure everything is tight bolt wise etc.(if you did it urself that is)

if your not happy then i would suggest take it back and get them to have alook just to put ur mind at ease m8.

im sure there is another reason for the knocking but a canna mind what it is..someone will be along soon to correct me tho if im wrong ..lol

Check your wheel nuts, sounds daft but believe me on my last car i had a knocking from the front, which got louder and more often until it was a dragging, then stopped, jacked car up and wheel was hanging off.

I've noticed at the bottom of the rear springs, the coils seem to be closer together than at the top, does this make a difference?

Hey guy's i've been looking at other links with no clear answers, i've seen that the majority of the coil is at the bottom and i can see a slight bit of writing which appears to be upside down. What are the chances that the knocking is because the springs are upside down?
