I've had three CVs on there each tailored to different "markets" yet as yet no concrete offers of employment. been contacted a couple of times with companies showing interest, but as yet havent had an interview as a result of the site.

my experience is that the many different job sites tailor for different markets, totaljobs.co.uk is a pretty good site if you're looking at retail or sales, monster is a reasonable allrounder but seem to be a large proportion of IT jobs and managerial roles. try jobs24 as well, its region based yet links to a central cv matching site (connect24 IIRC) and they've produced the most replies for me lately.

I had mine on there but they were useless. 3 months after having my CV on there I was contacted for the first time by someone.

Fish4jobs is a good site, but totaljobs is the best site IMO. Within days of having my CV on there I was getting interviews.
