    What HU to get?

    Hi all,

I'm planning on buying a new HU for my Car (Edition 100 Convertible) but just won't know what to go for,

I'm wanting to spend around £250 - £300, like a nice bit of Bass, but also like nice Sound Quality too, would want it to be able to control an iPod in the future, but would want to be able to play MP3's.

What do people think of the Alpine CDA-9886??

    Many thanks

    Mark.

it looks like a good hu but its only just been released(i think) so doubt you'll get many reviews, can't go wrong with a decent alpine hu!

and make sure its a cda-9886r than a cda-9886, someone will correct me if im wrong but doesnt the r at the end of the alpine hu's mean its compatible with europe/uk radio.
