    Breaks Problems !!!!!!!!!!!!

    ok i got my exhaust sorted now it turns out my breaks keep sticking.if i stop at a junction the breaks stick a fair bit or if i touch while them driving my mph drops a lot and i have to shift down gears and give it a lot of wellie can anyone help PLEASSSSSSSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

    have you checked the fluid level? what condition are the disc and pads in? is it the front or rears? best jack it up and see if they rotate freely?

    Best bet is to wait until the car is cold. Travel about 1 mile and try not to use the brakes if possible. Stop the car and test each disc/drum in turn for heat, be careful because if it is binding the area may be bloody hot. Spit on your fingers first and you'll hear the hiss if it's hot.

    If you can isolate which wheels are the problem it's a lot easier to work out what's gone wrong.

    My bet is that it's the rear brakes, sticking handbrake cable probably.
