    Neons for interior

Before in my corsa i had neons in the footwells and in the centre.

I want to maybe try something like this in my astra but make it a bit better.

Before i had the neons wired into a mutiple cigarette lighter box and then put into the glove box, then ran one single wire to the actual cigarette lighter, was OK because it was hid in the ashtray

If im buying these again, how would i go about wiring them, i don't want to have to run them to the battery as im going to have prob about 4 in the car.

Is there any other way of doing them, so when the ignition comes on, so does the lights, apart from putting them into the cigarette lighter?

ive used the string of led's going to the back of the car on the top of the door pilars and the grab handles. these are wired into the interior light, so when the door opens or the switch pulled they all light up and dim down.

led's dont draw much power so this is fine, though what i have found when wiring leds into mfd and roof they seem to stay on a little bit all the time.
