    Emissions on 1.7dti

Now every time i take my astra 1.7dti 16v(isuzu engine) for the MOT they complain about the emissions..... not that there to high !! but to low !!
Last week i took my car for MOT and he said he would have to fail my car if my car didnt register on the machine and it didnt, he had to turn everything on on the car lights, hazards, AC, etc. Then after 5 mins it registered 0.01 .
So do i have the greenest diesel car in the world or do i have a problem somewere, cause the car drives ok.

No, the 1.7DTi can be a very clean engine, especially if it's the Eco4 version.
