    Boost gauge fitted!

I got all the bits needed to fit the boost gauge so i did it today. Bit of indescision on what wires to cut into so i did a quick search on here and found that the grey&yellow is switch live and brown is earth (cig lighter) so i connected it like that and it works great!.
Here is a pic of it fitted:

I was going to try and colour code the panel but i actually think it looks good black. Ties in with the other black bits in the console.

    Anyway what you lot think?

Looks a good fit but won;t it be a bit hard to see at that angle when driving?

You cant clearly see each indivitual number line but you can see the numbers and where the gauge needle goes to.

Looks ace! What is that panel and where did you get it? I've been searching for something like that for ages. Is it the samesort of material and surface as the other black plastic bits?

    hi m8..

it was made by me, made from 10 PVC and routed to the exact fit of a din slot

Would highly recommend stu for any din gauge holders!. Quality bit of kit and the std finish is spot on. Also its a nice surface if you need to spray it.
