    Panel Beating?

I caught the side of my car on a wall.. Its made a shocking dent. Its about 1 foot in width and hight.. Would that be able to be popped out? How would you go about hitting it out. It will cost £470 to fix, is their a better alternative?

the fact its gone above the crease line means its a pain in the poo hole.

Do you recon for a £470 including spray its worth while, asin on a 1500 car does it take more then $470 off the value? DO you recon i could make it not as bad?

thats not 2 pricey, if you dont get you car fixed your likely to get alot less than 1500 for it, probally half that, if it costs you 400 it is likely to save you money when and if you sell the car. Also not many peeps i dnt tink would wanna buy a car in that shape 2 b honest, have a shop about, there must be more than one body shop in your local area

Your right i definatly wouldn't buy a car like that which makes me think unless its fixed its a write off. So if i got one of those suction things and pulled it out and fitted the trims would that work atall? What abouts would i go about getting the trim aswell?

You could try yourself ... if it fails, you can then get it done if you think it's worth it.

You'll need to take a fair amount of pannelling out from inside just to get to the back of the panel though.
