    swirl marks

    how do you get rid of swirl marks theye arnt to bad it just bugs me to death when i see them lol

    yeah its getting a full respray soon as i have changed work places and now work for vauxhall lol

    there's you answer then. If you're getting a respray then I'd see no point in having paint correction done

    i had a full paint correction done by peter richards,
    but as said if havin respray no point really

    I have same problem, its dark metallic blue n when unlight hits has lots of swirls prob where previous owner hasnt looked after it. Im getting some paint work done soon, changing front bumper so gonna get full front end done to eliminate chips etc. if body shop does full machine polish (g3) when they do the paint job will this sort it out??? or does it need detail correction??

    If the body shop use a machine polisher all over the car they should be able to get it out.
    You would have to ask them before as they would just give it a quick polish over. They would take longer to do the swirl correction. if they arn't up to do it get a proper detailer to give it a proper detail after its been painted. a proper detail takes 5-10 hours and costs over £200!!
