If anything you will loose power as it will over fuel

if you fit these, you will need a remap, as monty says, you wont benefit much, as the OE injectors will do the job. you cannot beat the correct air/fuel mixture for power. if your going for more mods that need more fuel, (near 300 horses) then its cash well spent.

Thing is guys running at 270 BHP your injectors have reached their max duty cycle..... You shouldn't run them that hard because they could go wrong and cause massive leaning but not only that, if your engine detects a problem being heat or other issues and tries to fuel defend there wont be the capacity for this in the standard injectors. So if I were you I would either go for a phase 2 or a phase 3.5 and skip the others.
Arden Astra GSI - Phase 3.5

    EDS Phase 3.5 288 BHP 340 FT/LB

    Inlet cam and Dbilas manifold.

    cough cough bollox

They are near their max duty cycle but have not reached it yet as proven so many times. In the case of a 'fuel defend' if the system cannot supply the extra fuel it will pull the throttle and ignition advance back too that is the beauty of a closed loop fuel system

To answer the original question, massive overfuelling will happen, you need to use a tuner for mods like this.
