Fitted my FMIC the other week and just tried using my window washers and there not working? You can hear the motor when you pull the stalk but no water. Any help?

    Thanks

Are you getting a puddle of water on the floor to suggest a pipe's off?

If not chances are the filter just before the pumps blocked which is a common problem. Someone with a zafira should be able to help on on how to access it to clean it out

Hello mate, saw you driving down Well Hall a couple of days ago. You having trouble with bumper clearance with the new intercooler? Noticed you were lacking a front bumper! You noticed an improvement with the intercooler? I think mine made a huge difference over standard.

Alright mate. Na the clearance is fine just waiting for the pipe from the intercooler to the turbo, as ive bodged up the standard one at the moment. But when the pipe is here it should go on? (with a bit of force) lol

as you still have the bumper off this will be easy the bottle is hidden under the passenger side wing and the motor in the bottle if you pull the pump out the filter is in the bottle and while your there trace the pipe and make sure you not kinked it somewhere does the rear 1 work ?

So you have no signs of leakage, the pump runs, yet no water .

Disconnect a couple of pipes and use an airline, blowing air back down to the washer bottle.
