Right my new years resolution is to put some weight on and start training again. I am naturally skinny and I find it really hard gaining weight. I was 11 and a halfish stone when I was training before and found it hard to maintain, but I stopped training because worked picked up and I was getting to nakered. Since I haven't been training i've dropped down to 9 stone 9lbs. From other threads on here I gather that a few people on here workout regularly.
Has anyone got any advice on gaining weight, diets and training?
