    Fantastic interior!
Does anyone know how is it trimmed?
Brush with glue then lay leather on, staple on the back?

Hey folks, stumbled acrossed this thread on Google. I'm the fella building the car

wywywywy - the leather is glued on with a contact adhesive called Dunlop Thixofix, no staples or anything like that. The leather can be stretched and worked a fair bit heated with a air gun

    Thanks for the tip!
    Fancy doing a how-to???

There is one important question though, which I have faced in the past but still don't know how to sort out - so you heat it up and stretch and glue a piece of leather on a panel, but sometimes there are recessed sections, like your sunroof panel, and when it cools down and shrinks there will be creases, so how do you prevent or remove them?

We totally enjoy your site by the way
Can't wait to see it finished! (Preferably in the flesh)

    Thanks!

Sorry one more question, if no staples are used, how do you hold the leather down while the glue is drying???

    Thanks.
