Bollocks - 20/50 is far too thick for a modern engine

First of all this is the LET forum

    &

Secondly, it should be 10w40 Semi-Synth on that motor - get some stuff from Vauxhall if u can £8 a bottle (5ltr) on trade or about £18 retail

You could use 5w30 Fully Synth from vauxhall or go for a halfway house between the 2 and go for FS 5w40

personally tho, Id recommend a standard 10w40 - mineral/part synth/fully synth... as long as it meets the ACEA A3/B3 rating youll be safe.

Just get some mineral or semi-synth - its all just marketing hype

As long as its 10w40 and is rated at A3/B3 ACEA (look on the back) youll be fine.
