Well today was the day that my car was due for its MOT and the day went as follows:
double checked the time of the MOT and discovered it was at 5.30pm and not 7.30pm as I originally thought.
So I washed the car and headed off, the only thing I was doubtful of was that maybe handbrake may not be up to spec.
When I arrived at the centre the front drivers side indicator decided it had had enough, no big deal I thought.
So the guy takes the car off for the rest of the test. He then comes to me with the paperwork.
I get a pass but with advisory notice
1) get indicator fixed
2) change number plates as they are illegal (advised if I get stopped re plates I may get 3 points and £30 fine)
I then headed to girlfriend's parents house. This is where her dad reverses out of the drive and hits my car - not major damage but rear bumper will need resprayed, not sure what else yet.
ah well at least thats the three all in one go
