    FK angel eyes

hello cant find a how to for this neither and insturctions.

I has just put in some FK Angel eyes i got off a guy on here. I have a HID conversion kit and basically fitted the angel eyes but was about to cable them up but was not sure which needs to go where and so on? Luckily the car is off the road atm and is going into the garage soon. does anyone know or can tell me which cable goes where into the angel eyes spec the main beam and indicatiors, the HID kit has instructions so that can be easily followed.

    cheers

The connectors are all the same as the OE lights, just unplug the OE headlight and plug the angel eyes in. Very simple, 10 mins per light.
All connector are unique in size so can't get them the wrong way round.

iirc the dipped & main beam plugs are the same size/shape

but if ur fitting HIDs then the dipped plug will not be used as it goes direct from car harness to ballast to bulb.

it can be quite confusing at first - but my advice is to study the wiring and make a note of what colour wires/plug is feeding which circuit etc and the same on the car side so u know whats what

    Nope they are different.

My angel eyes were back to front, so had to swap the spades around within the connector, as couldn't fit the dipped connector into the main beam loom.

Dipped and main are the same plugs but the wire colours on each side of the connector are the same so it's white - white and yellow - yellow. Everything else only plugs into one place

Just a quick question guys ,
(thought it would be better to ask in this thread if calpal doesn't mind as it's about the fk angel eye's),

Can i change the bulb in the side light (the halo part to a brighter bulb cos mine are sh**!

i've seen a couple of pics on here of peeps with angel eyes and the halo part being whitish instead of the orangy colour???

There are 14 286 type bulbs between the 2 lights.

I think a lot of people change them for LED's to get the whitish light but I was never happy with the bright spots they caused
